In order to expedite the process, we may call or email you to verify an order, please call us back at the number provided or reply directly to the email.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason and process a full refund.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
HILLWOOD ships to the 48 contiguous United States and all International Orders via FedEx. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
SHIPPING METHODS
HILLWOOD ships all orders domestically via UPS.
Please note weekend delivery is not available at this time.

HILLWOOD is unable to group multiple orders into a single shipment.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Standard shipping estimated rates range from $18+ for UPS Ground. Priority Shipping for $45+ or Expedited Shipping for $35+.
All order balances and rates are in U.S. dollars. Please see our International Shipping Policy for any orders outside of the United States.
All domestic orders over $400+ will be shipped with signature confirmation.
TRACKING
Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You may use that tracking number to monitor your order's transit.
